Welcome back! We hope you had a relaxing break and have had a good first week back at school. The spring snow might feel like an April Fools’ Joke, we look forward to warmer weather and a reminder of the growth and beauty ahead. Science Olympics 

Grade 5, 7,8 and 9 Teams 

Projects are due Friday, April 10th and will be showcased after school for a spot in the Science Olympics in May. 

Grade 6 Teams 

Projects are due the week of April 13th and will be showcased during lunch hours for a spot in the Science Olympics in May. 

 Mandatory Parent Meeting for Grade Nine Mandarin Vancouver Trip Students 

Date: Tuesday, April 7 

Time: 6:00 PM 

Location: Colonel Irvine School (412 Northmount Dr NW, Calgary, AB T2K 3H6) 

During this meeting, we will share important information about the trip, including the itinerary, expectations, safety procedures, communication, packing guidelines, and answer any questions you may have. 

Your attendance is very important to help ensure a safe and successful experience for all students. 

If you are unable to attend, please contact the school as soon as possible.

 Badminton Tryouts 

Badminton Tryouts are in full swing. Thank you to everyone who has tried out this week. Tryouts are scheduled on Tuesday and Wednesday next week and tentatively on Thursday. Coaches will let you know if you need to come to a Thursday tryout, please be attentive to announcements and the athletics board.
