Semester Two
Semester Two will begin on Wednesday, January 28. Students can check their next semester options using their MyCBE account. If students are interested in an option change, they must speak to Ms. Roach prior to Friday, January 23. Option spaces are limited, so please understand that not all changes will be possible.
Lockdown Practice
We will be having a lockdown practice on Tuesday, January 20th. CBE collaborates with Calgary Police Services to plan for emergencies and develop safety in the community. Teachers will review lockdown procedures with students prior to the lockdown practice. If you have any questions or concerns in advance of the lockdown practice, please contact us.
Volleyball Games
Our volleyball teams will be playing their first games and tournaments next week. We are so excited to see our Panthers play. Students who are interested in cheering for their friends must note the following important information. If the game is a home game, Harold Panabaker students are welcome to stay to watch the first game only. If the game is an away game, students must be accompanied by their parents if they wish to watch the game. All fans are reminded to be respectful of the players, coaches, and spaces when they are watching the games.
School Council
Our next School Council Meeting is Wednesday, January 21 at 6:30 PM in the library. School Council is a great way to connect with other families and support the school. New members are always welcome; we hope to see you there.
Free Social-Emotional Program for Grades 4-6
