Math Contest
Grade Nine Students will have the opportunity to write the Pascal Math Contest on Wednesday, February 26 in period 3-4.
Changes to Athletic Spectators
During the CUPE job action, the volleyball season will continue as scheduled. Spectators at athletic events will be limited to parents/guardians of athletes directly involved in the event, and access will be limited to the gymnasium. Siblings of athletes may attend games only if their parents are also attending.
Pink Shirt Day
Pink Shirt Day is on Wednesday, February 26. This year our student well-being working group has chosen to expand beyond the day. On Monday, February 24, students are encouraged to wear their favorite colour and on Tuesday, February 25, students are encouraged to wear something related to an interest. This could be a sports team, band, hobby or similar. We hope this will encourage students to see their common qualities and learn more about students with different interests. The working group has also created a kindness bingo for the month of March. Students will have the opportunity to reflect on their actions and how they can impact their world positively. Students who complete the bingo will have an opportunity to win prizes.
